This course fulfils the requirements of STCW Convention and Code, Regulation VI/1, Section A-VI/1 and Table A-VI/1-4 (as amended by IMO Resolution MSC.560(108)), and IMO Model Course 1.21. It covers prevention of violence and harassment, including sexual harassment, bullying and sexual assault, with practical guidance on identification, intervention, reporting, and trauma-informed response.
